Our bundles and wigs are made from real human hair and are custom-made. They are made as soon as your order is placed and payment is verified. DELIVERY TIME FOR OUR PRODUCTS IS APPROXIMATELY 14 DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED.

 

We ship worldwide and shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not ship, during the weekends and holidays. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as your items ship.

Standard ( approximately 3-5 business days AFTER PROCESSING TIME. International Express ( approximately 3-5 business days) AFTER PROCESSING TIME. For International orders, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are.

We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this website.

WEB SALES

All orders are subject to our terms and conditions.To place an order, you must be 18 years and above. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When placing an order you undertake that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

ORDERING AND PAYMENTS

Oma’s hair Boutique is responsible for all payments made on our website. Our web page is secured and the only method of payment on our website is paypal. We do not have access to your details and as such you can be rest assured that your details cannot be shared. at Oma’s hair Boutique, we take fraud very seriously and we plead with you to please carry out your transactions with all honesty. All fraudulent activities will be immediately reported to the appropriate Law Enforcement and we will surely prosecute. Charge backs, and Stop payments along with false disputes are considered as fraud and will be treated as such.

ORDER PROCESSING

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.


We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products if the wig has been worn. All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made. Products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

PRICING

 

The price for each product is stated in UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD).  We try to ensure that all prices quoted are accurate. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate and all prices advertised are subject to such changes. However, if a pricing error occurs we will notify you via email detailing the change.

 

AVAILABLITY

We make every effort to update our products available for purchase. However, if for any reason this is not implemented we will contact you immediately via email giving you two options; wait for the product to be available with an expected delivery date or cancel your order with a full refund credited directly to the credit or debit card used to place your order.

RETURNS

PLEASE CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY READ ALL OF OUR POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASE.

We at Oma hair Boutique are committed to your satisfaction and as such take great care in ensuring our clients receive maximum satisfaction at all times. Our hair bundles are thoroughly inspected both before leaving the factory and before dispatch. For extensions, we do not totally rule out returns, but there are no refunds. Products can only be exchanged once due procedures are followed.

 

For hair extensions and bundle purchase, kindly inspect the bundles as soon as you receive them. Check that the lengths, texture, colour and quality match your order before untying or cutting off the band. It is advisable to run a wide tooth comb through the hair to check for tangles and sheddings. Remember, our bundles are raw human hair and deserve the same care as your natural hair. Once the hair is untied, there is nothing we can do.

 

WIGS

We at Oma hair Boutique are committed to your satisfaction and as such take great care in the construction of our wigs. Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not allowed unless your item arrived damaged or there was an error from our end. Please kindly ensure that all instructions and options are carefully read and understood. Where exchanges are accepted, such exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item. Endeavour to take accurate head measurements.

 

If you require coloring services, please provide the exact color or product itself. To ensure maximum satisfaction, a picture of your unit will be sent to you after completion. If you are not satisfied, changes will be made until you are fully satisfied.  Please Note units cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

 

Cancellations

You can cancel your orders provided that they have not yet been shipped. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us via email at omahairboutique@yahoo.com. Please do this as soon as possible.
